The Original Pocahontas trail system of the Spearhead Trails is expanding next month! The Original Pocahontas trails are located just 3.5 miles over the mountain from Four Wheeler Heaven, and guests can safely ride their ATVs over to the Spearhead Trails and ride 80 miles of top-notch trails that have been featured on Fisher’s ATV World! On December 6, Spearhead Trails will announce the addition of 15 miles of new trails, bringing the Original Pocahontas system up to 95 miles of trails, with options for riders of all ages and experience levels!
We have even more big news… Four Wheeler Heaven is now an official retailer of Spearhead Trails permits! Like the Hatfield-McCoy Trails, the Spearhead Trails are marked, mapped and patrolled, and your Spearhead Trails permit is good on any of the six trail systems that they operate in southwest Virginia! We recommend guests with small children ride the Spearhead Trails because there are no age limits on passengers on their trails. When you book online with Four Wheeler Heaven, you can now choose to purchase Spearhead Trails permits or Hatfield-McCoy Trails permits (or both!).
